This FAQ section answers questions about common solar system problems and provide a list of Error Codes and DIY solutions.
General
Most residential inverters require battery power to run. First check if the battery has power or currently charging through solar panels or the grid.
Should there be power in the battery proceed to manually shut down all equipment for at least 60 seonds and then restart the system. Should the error persist please contact us for a site visit.
1. Check if the PV Breaker is switched on or not damaged.
Check other electrical connections will require a qualified export
2. The PV charge card/MPPT may have been damaged and will need to be replaced.
1. Check battery health and age
Sold: Replace battery if older than 5 years or add more capacity
2. Check your load on the inverter screen and compare with the battery size
Solution: Reduce load to match system size
3. Output short circuited or parasitic loads
Solution: Check for faulty adaptors and bulbs. Consult a an electrician to locate all loads
In general a small system does not usually deliver sufficient run time.
Error Codes
Battery Low
Recharge battery or leave system to charge.
Bus soft start failed. Internal component failure.
Request a repair quote.
Over temperature. Switch off inverter and check the following:
1. Is inverter installed too close to the wall or in an enclosure without ventilation.
2. Check if inverter fans are not locked
3. In high temperature scenarios, switch off the system completely
Fan is locked
Check if fan can run freely to cool the inverter, if not running request a minor on site repair.
Battery Voltage Too High
Check if the PV voltage is within specified parameters for the inverter.
Overload
Shut down the inverter, reduce the load and switch it back on.
Using the Template
Once you purchase the template, it will be added to your Wix Studio account. From there, you can start editing it immediately.
Each purchase includes a license for one website only per Wix Studio. For multiple uses, purchase additional licenses or consider our agency plan if available.
Yes, this template is built specifically for Wix Studio, which is a separate platform from the standard Wix Editor. Experience with the regular Wix Editor is not enough. Wix Studio has a more advanced interface and workflow, so basic familiarity with its tools and layout system is recommended before buying this template.
Nope. Everything is customizable with drag-and-drop tools inside Wix Studio.
Yes — they’re only included as placeholders to help you see the full layout. You can remove, edit, or replace them.
Not at this time. However, Figma files may be made available in the future for select templates. If you’re interested in having them, let us know — it helps us prioritize what to release next.
Support
We don’t provide ongoing support for template usage. However, if there’s an issue or bug with the template itself, we’ll fix it and send you an updated version. If you need help customizing the template, onboarding support may be available *starting at $999, depending on the project's size and scope.

This template is designed for DIY users with Wix Studio experience and for agencies that already know how to use the platform. It serves as a professional starting point, giving you a solid foundation to build and customize on your own. Because it’s priced much lower than our custom projects (which start at $5,000), it doesn’t include personalized support, revisions, or collaborative work. The tradeoff for the lower price is that the template is delivered as-is. If you need help applying your content, we do offer add-on services when our schedule allows, but those are billed separately as part of our premium tier.
Yes, we offer a customization service when time allows. However, availability is limited and we may not begin work for up to a month, as we prioritize custom design projects. This service is not a collaborative revision process — clients must provide all content, and we’ll simply update the template with your information (text, images, logos, etc.). No revisions or edit requests are included. *Pricing starts at $999, based on scope.

No — resale of the template itself is not permitted. You may use it to build and sell a custom site for a client, but you can’t resell the unmodified template.
If you purchased the template through the Wix Marketplace, Wix will automatically send you a receipt or invoice by email. We do not have access to your transaction details and cannot issue an invoice unless the template was purchased directly through our website.

Templates are non-refundable under any circumstances. If there’s an issue, we’ll help you fix it or send an updated version.
